Bob Neal has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1967, but that was not the beginning of his funeral home experience. At the age of 12, he began helping out around the funeral home, sweeping floors and keeping the cars clean. By the age of 13, he was assisting on ambulance calls and death calls. (In the earlier days, the funeral home ran the ambulance services. In 1974, he and his wife Brenda opened their own funeral home at Brinkley, Arkansas. At that time he was the youngest funeral home owner in the state. Over the years, the Neals have acquired four more funeral homes. He has also served Monroe County as the County Coroner for over 40 years. Bob loves caring for the families that we serve. Being there for them during their time of need is always upmost in his heart and mind.

Brenda Neal has worked in the funeral profession, with her husband Bob, since 1974. She acquired her Funeral Directors licenses in 1976 and has continued her professional education thru the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association College, studying; Leadership, Management & Admiration; 21st. Century Service (received her Celebrant Certification), Funeral Home Management, Sales & Marketing and Hospitality and Customer Experience. Bob and Brenda have three children, the oldest is their daughter Jamye Landis of Sand Springs, OK, the oldest son, Richard J. Neal now owns and manages Bob Neal & Sons-Morrilton Funeral Home in Morrilton and their youngest son, Sheriff Michael Neal, who is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and is now the President of Neal & Sons. There are 9 grandchildren and two grand-in-laws as well as fur baby "Peko" who is a maltese/poodle mix and will be the first one to greet you as you come thru the door. Don't worry about her biting... she only want lots of love and petting.

Michael K. Neal is the youngest son of Bob and Brenda Neal and the President of Neal and Sons. He has been a licensed Funeral Director since 2001 and an Embalmer since 2002. Over the years, Michael has assisted his parents in the funeral home business. Michael and his wife, Mandy, have four daughters: Kentlee, Kali, Kooper, and Hallie. Michael has also served as the Monroe County Sheriff since 2015.

Michael K. Neal is the youngest son of Bob and Brenda Neal and the President of Neal and Sons. He has been a licensed Funeral Director since 2001 and an Embalmer since 2002. Over the years, Michael has assisted his parents in the funeral home business. Michael and his wife, Mandy, have four daughters: Kentlee, Kali, Kooper, and Hallie. Michael has also served as the Monroe County Sheriff since 2015.

Mandy Neal joined Neal and Sons in December of 2023. She is now a Licensed Funeral Director and the CFO of all four locations and handles the daily operations in the Business Office. Mandy has over 10 years of experience in Business Management and Customer Service. Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
