Dustin Joshua (D.J.) "Buck" Davis, age 25 of Morrilton was involved in a motorcycle accident and retired his 5* Nation checkered flag on Friday, April 6, 2012. He was born on December 31, 1986 in Russellville, Arkansas. He grew up in Morrilton and graduated from Heber Springs High School in 2006. DJ was a 2011 graduate of U of A Community College at Morrilton with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He was a born again Christian of Heber Springs Methodist Church. DJ was employed at Cudd Energy Services as a mechanical engineering technician and an avid IMCA racecar driver. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: Duke Jefferson "DJ" & Minnie Davis; maternal grandparents: Kenneth & Lynn Burnett; Thomas "Red" Gray.D. J. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church, Morrilton with Richard Grenier and Daniel Haigwood officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Bob Neal & Sons, Morrilton.
