William Franklin Moye "Frank", died July 12, 2021 at the age of 90. He was the firstborn of Willie and Vivian "Moody" Moye. He attended high school in Marianna graduating in 1948. He had a tour in the army. He was married to Peggy Spence for 65 years until the day of his death. He worked as a plant manager and salesman in a farm chemical corporation until his retirement. He was a member of the Lion's Club and he loved to hunt and fish and could fix anything. Frank was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clarendon.

He  was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Stephen Moye.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Peggy Spencer Moye, son Danny Moye (Lynn) of Little Rock,  Daughter, Madge  Frein (Tom) of Mountain Home, AR, 4 Grandchildren, Tracy Haley (Travis), Mollie Lischeron (Tony), T.J. Frein (Jan), Jessica Choate (Aaron) and 3 Great Grandchildren, Spencer haley, Liam Choate and Carter Lischeron, and brother, George Moye of Norfolk, AR.
