William Allen McCoy was born to Louis and Zella McCoy on October 30, 1961, in Brinkley, Arkansas.

William attended Clarendon High School and later dedicated 43 years of service to the Brinkley Water Department.

Beyond his career, William found joy in working on motors, tending to his garden, spending time with family and having a cold beverage with friends.

William Allen McCoy, 63, passed away on March 5, 2025, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Zella McCoy, as well as his brothers Louis McCoy, Jeffery McCoy, and Patrick McCoy.

He is survived by his beloved significant other, Betty McCoy, who stood by his side for 45 years; Son, William Ray McCoy of Keevil; Daughters, Sondra (Kenny) Northern of Clarendon, Crystal (Derek) Petty of Keevil, and Jen Ervin of Michigan; Brother, Darrin (Cindy) McCoy of Pottsville; sister, Sandra (Jerry) Green of Keevil; and eight grandchildren who brought him immense joy.

His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
