William (Billy) Boyd Turner II was born June 23, 1983, to William Boyd and Abigail (Baughman) Turner of Santa Cruz, CA.  While he was a young boy his family relocated to Rosebud, AR, where Billy attended Rosebud schools, graduating in the Class of 2002.

Billy loved writing short stories and drawing.  He fantasized about many things and had a very vivid imagination when it came to putting it into words. He enjoyed being outside, snowmobiling, boating and inter- tubing. When he was inside and wrestling was on television, watch out because he was really involved with what was happening.

Due to his health, he became a resident of Des Arc Nursing and Rehab where he was known as having a very generous spirit.  Billy was loved by the workers and residents.

He is survived by his mother, a sister, Carolyn Coughlin (David) of Romance and a brother, Matthew Turner, also a resident of Des Arc Nursing and Rehab.

Billy loved to quote the Lord's Prayer.  He will truly be missed by all his family and friends.
