Tina Marie Smith was born on September 3, 1968, in Tullahoma, Tennessee, to Donna Cornelius and Sam Rigney. She graduated from Tennessee Preparatory School in 1986. She moved to Arkansas, where she raised her children. She became a resident of Des Arc, AR in 1999.Tina was a hard-working woman who spent her life caring for the people she loved. Throughout her working years, she served at Olan Mills Photography, White River Journal, and the Community Grocery Store. She loved the Lord with all her heart and found great joy in praising Him. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Des Arc where she enjoyed singing in the choir and later attended Gospel Mission Church of Des Arc. Tina’s greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She loved her family deeply and treasured the memories made with them. Her love, laughter, strength, and devotion will continue to live on through the generations she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. 

Tina is preceded in death by her mother: Donna Cornelius, her father: Sam Rigney. She is survived by brothers: Shane Peterson and Ryan Rigney (Jennifer), Nephews and Nieces: Corbin Peterson, Elizabeth Peterson, Alyssa Nelson and Rylan Rigney. Daughters: Rachel Rigney (Michael), Jessica Williams (Jhonny), and Krystal Garcia (Ralphie): Grandchildren: Alycia Wadkins, Kember McDonald, Oliver Garcia, Danielle Garcia and Jagger Williams.
