Thomas Dee Johannes was born in Iowa City, Iowa on July 29, 1972, a son to Robert and Paulette (Cowen) Johannes. Thomas was taken suddenly from this world in Cleveland, Arkansas on October 15, 2021 at the age of 49.

Thomas was a 22 year resident of Morrilton, Arkansas. He was a hard worker employed by Haynesville Wireline of Damascus, Arkansas in the gas industry. When Thomas wasn't working and providing for his family, he enjoyed fishing for bass and crappie. He also had an interest for rabbit hunting. Most importantly, Thomas loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.

Thomas is preceded in death by his father; Robert Johannes; grandmother: Bonnie Cowen; along with his other paternal and maternal grandparents.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife: Angie Johannes of Morrilton, Arkansas; sons: Tommy Johannes of Morrilton, Arkansas, Thomas Brannen of Lonoke, Arkansas; daughter: Emily Murphy and husband Matt of Morrilton, Arkansas; stepchildren: Alex Owens of Morrilton, Arkansas and Isabella Clark of Alabama; brother: Tony Johannes and wife Rebecca of Beebe, Arkansas; and eight grandchildren: Sophie, Milo, Luke, Willow, Mae, Riley, Charley, and Elli.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home in Morrilton, Arkansas.
