Teresa Lynn Hanson of Des Arc, passed away November 28, 2024 at Searcy Unity Hospital following a very long illness.  Teresa was born to Leon Eugene Pugh and Fay Marie (Cantrell) Pugh on November 29, 1955, in Mangum, Oklahoma.

She attended Keota, Oklahoma school system graduating 12th grade in 1974.  During her life she was known as a social butterfly, loving everyone she met.  Teresa enjoyed supervising anyone working on flower beds and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Teresa was employed at various jobs, but her favorite was with Des Arc Nursing and Rehab in Des Arc, AR.  According to one of her working companions she was the BEST!  Always with a listening ear and time to assist in any way needed.

Teresa leaves in her legacy a son Eddie Kemp (Judy), step daughter Melissa Glover (Keith), one sister Philles Van Horn-Alessi, two brothers Jack Pugh, Tony Pugh and seven grandchildren: Trey, Star, Gwendolyn, Alissa, Hayden, Grayden and Everly, many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, one daughter Jennifer Denise Glover, and one sister Sharon Medlock.

A memorial service has been scheduled for Teresa on January 18, 2025 at Garth Funeral Home Chapel in Des Arc.
