Teresa Ann Hamilton of Tumbling Shoals passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the age of 54. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on January 31, 1967 to the family of James and Hazel Saylors. Teresa received formal education through the Helena public schools and chose to continue her studies with two years at Phillips Community College.

Teresa was blessed in life to become a wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother. On July 5, 1995 she became the wife of David Wayne Hamilton. For a time they made their home in  Marvell before moving to Tumbling Shoals. The home was blessed with the birth of their son James Hunter. Through the years they watched their family grow with the addition of his spouse Paige and a grandson, Mason James Hamilton.

As a homemaker, Teresa took great pride in caring for her home. Her love of family exceeded all and she especially enjoyed spending time with Mason, camping and being out on the boat.

She is survived by her husband; David Wayne Hamilton; son, James Hunter Hamilton; parents, James and Hazel Saylors; grandson, Mason James Hamilton, and brother, Henry Saylors.

Services will be on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Bob Neal & Sons Brickell Funeral Home in Marvell, with Brother Mike Crisp officiating.
