Talmage Cyril Rosel, Sr., 91, of Austin, Arkansas died Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Mr. T C was born October 29, 1929 in Des Arc to Cyril J. and Pearl (Sears) Rosel.  Survivors include one son Tal (Gay) Rosel, one daughter, Kim (Steve) Williams, five grandchildren, Meagan Rosel, Trey (Caroline) Rosel, Taylor (Clay) Murphy, Jennifer Williams, Raven (Dennis) O'Brien, seven great grandchildren, two sisters, Bernice (Marty) Higley, Lorice (Charles) Price.  Visitation is 10:00 am Monday, August 16, 2021 at Garth Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services immediately following at 10:30.  Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery by Garth Funeral Home. www.garthfuneralhome.com
