Shirley Ann Taylor Smith, age 73, went to be with our Lord and Saviour on June 6, 2026, with her family by her side. Shirley was born on September 11, 1952, to Lester and Reba Taylor.

Shirley was a member of the First Baptist Church of DesArc. She loved flea market shopping with her daughters and sisters, hunting and fishing.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Dove Smith, Daughters; Shelly Wilson(Greg) of Sherwood, DeAnna Kennedy (Eric)of DesArc, and Jennifer Thompson( Dennis) of DesArc; eight grandchildren, Taylor Gunn, Kelsea Bain, Noah Kennedy, Kirsten Kennedy, Jessika Adams, Kelly Taylor, Mason Smith and Dalton Weatherley; six Great Grandchildren; four sisters, JoAnn Walloch, Lavonna Vesley, Sue Kirby and Cathy Garth; two brothers, Cecil Taylor and Donnie Newkirk.

Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Lester Taylor and mother Reba Taylor and brother Jimmy NewKirk.

While her family mourns her passing, they find comfort in the promise of the eternal and rejoice knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Saviour.
