Ruby Mae Roberts was born in Clarendon, AR on July 22, 1937 to Milo and Mattie Boshers. She married the love of her life, John Roberts III on April 4, 1972. She dedicated many years of her life to the community as a Teacher's Aide at Clarendon Elementary School, nurturing countless young minds with patience and kindness.

Ruby was a devout member of the First Presbyterian Church in Clarendon, AR, where she found great comfort and community throughout her life.

Ruby was a loving mother to her sons, Mike and John Roberts IV.  She enjoyed playing bingo, spending time with her sons and grandchildren, always ensuring that the children around her felt loved and cared for.

Ruby Mae Roberts passed away at the age of 87 on October 9, 2024, in North Little Rock, AR. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Roberts III; her sisters, Betty Pruett and Mary Elizabeth Boshers; and her brothers, Don Boshers, James Boshers, and Thomas Boshers. She is survived by her sons, Mike (Renea) Roberts and John (Kelly) Roberts IV; four grandchildren, Olivia, Johnathon, Jacob, and Jase Roberts; and her sister, Thelma (Robert) Kelly.
