Ronald Dean Pledger, age 69 passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the age of 69. He was one of three children born to the family of Leet and Inez Pledger and last employed as a farmer. Ronald was proud to serve in the United States Army for three years which included an overseas tour to Germany. On November 26, 1977, at Cave City, Arkansas, he married Sherry Troy.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Patrick Pledger and sister, Katie Paul.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Troy Pledger, sons, Richard Pledger, Robert Pledger and daughter, Crystal Moncrief (Marvin) all of Brinkley; five grandchildren, Meghan Moncrief, Faith Moncrief, Wyatte Moncrief, Dominic Anderson and Angela Cleveland, six great grandchildren, Wilson Brown, Cobie Robertson, McKayla Cleveland, Macy Watson, Addison Watson and Waylon Watson.

Visitation will be Tuesday at Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home in Brinkley from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Graveside Services will be at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at Upper Cemetery located in Rich .
