Rocky Stanley Kellar was born in Morrilton, AR on September 1, 1958 to Woodrow Lewis Kellar and Bronnie Mae Sims Kellar.  Rocky passed away on April 1, 2021 in Little Rock at the age of 62.

Rocky was a member of Cove Chapel Baptist Church.  He enjoyed gardening, and the simple things of life.  Rocky loved his family the most.

He is preceded in death by his parents: sister: Darlene Kellar Dyson, brother;Gary Lee Kellar and infant brother.

Rocky is survived by: two brothers: James Kellar of Morrilton and Lynn and wife Mary of Martinville; Sister: Sheila Moffatt and husband John of Henning, TN; Nephews: Mark Kellar and wife Bridget of St. Vincent, Mitch Kellar and wife Suzanne of Russellville, Nieces: Amanda Kellar of Morrilton, Samantha Leah Roark of Tennessee, 5 great nieces and 1 great nephew along with many other friends.

Memorial services will be held 10:00AM, Monday, April 5, 2021 at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home with Greg Hogan officiating.   Private Burial will be held later.
