Des Arc
Ricky Joe Bush, known to his loved ones as Ricky, peacefully passed away at his home in Des Arc, Arkansas on May 3, 2025, at the age of 51 years and 9 months. He was born on July 15, 1973, in Beebe, Arkansas, as a joyful addition to his family.
Ricky is survived by his devoted wife, Shalanda (Tootie) Carson Bush, his beloved daughter Sarah (Buggy) Bush, his caring parents Patti and Joe Bush, his supportive brother James (Angie Harriman) Bush.
Throughout his life, Ricky dedicated 15 years of hard work to Revolution Delta Plastics in Stuttgart, Arkansas, leaving a lasting impact on his colleagues and the industry. His passions extended beyond his career, as he was an active member of the 5G MC and enjoyed hanging around with Bones MC.
Ricky's personal traits truly made him special in the hearts of those who knew him. From his love for fishing and hunting to his thrill-seeking adventures in motorcycling and mud riding, he lived life to the fullest. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family and friends, creating cherished memories.
In his service to his country, Ricky proudly served in the Army National Guard. He also found solace and strength in faith, attending church at the Gospel Mission in Des Arc.
Married in 2007, Ricky and Tootie shared a bond that was truly special. With expressions of love that transcended time, their affection was a beacon of warmth and devotion to all that witnessed it. Their love story will forever be remembered.
Ricky's kindness extended to all his nieces and nephews, whom he adored, and to his extended family at Revolution Delta Plastics where his presence brought joy and camaraderie to those around him.
As we bid farewell to Ricky Joe Bush, we celebrate a life well lived, a spirit that touched many, and a legacy of love that will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and dearly missed.
