Richard Allen "Richie" Williamson, age 50, of Bowling Green, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born on August 07, 1974, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Steven Micheal Williamson and Donna Kay Verser. Richie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He genuinely loved people and would do anything to help them. He was a Christian who had servant's heart. He was an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan, loved to play cards and had recently started to enjoy bird watching. His family will forever remember him for as being a fun-loving family man. He will be truly missed by many.

He was preceded in death by brother, Brad Williamson; stepfather, Roger Verser.

Survivors include his loving wife of 12 years, Sara Williamson of Bowling Green; three step-children, Tiffany (Brian) Pickard of Campbellsville, Nicholas Smothers of Bowling Green, Ally Curry of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Kennedy Pickard, Briley Pickard, Abel Pickard; father, Steven Micheal (Leah) Williamson of Arkansas; mother, Donna Kay Verser of Arkansas; brother, Micheal (Rhonda) Williamson of Louisville; two sisters, Shea (Ben) Barham of Arkansas, Melanie(Craig) Poole of Arkansas; mother/father-in-law, Bernard and Harlene Abell of Lebanon; brothers-in-law, Billy Abell, Bobby (Elaine) Abell; sisters-in-law, Sarah Williamson, Donna Benningfield, Anita (Brian) Roberts; beloved fur baby, Axel.

Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 20, 2025, at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment will be at Johnson Cemetery in Arkansas.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Bosley Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Johnson Cemetery Fund at P.O. Box 105, Wheatley, Arkansas 72392.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday June 21, 2025 at Johnson Cemetery in Wheatley at 2:00P.M.
