Phyllis Evelyn Cook's Obituary
Phyllis Evelyn (Adams) Cook passed away peacefully to heaven surrounded by her loving family on December 7th, 2020.
Phyllis was born in Maine, March 16, 1933. She later moved to California where she met her future husband, Jerry Cook. They married and moved to Jerry's home state of Arkansas where they raised their family. She enjoyed reading, painting, and cats. Phyllis had a generous heart and a deep and genuine love for her family.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Augustus Adams and her brother, Charles Adams. She is survived by her brother David (Fran) Adams, her daughter Cynthia Campbell, her son Michael Cook, her daughter Patricia Cook, her son Bryan (Danielle) Cook, and her daughter Rebecca (Eddie Barthol) Hutson. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren. Phyllis will be greatly missed and hold a beautiful place in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
A small private memorial will be held for the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, a donation of any amount may be made in honor of Phyllis to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, which was very dear to her heart
