Penny Elaine Harrod Fortenberry, age 53 of Stuttgart, formerly of Holly Grove, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 29, 2022 at UAMS in Little Rock. She was the daughter of the late H. E. Harrod, Jr. and Mrs. Mary Moore Harrod Andrews of Holly Grove. Born September 9, 1968 at Helena, AR, Penny was a 1986 graduate at Marvell Academy and continued her education at Phillips College at Helena.

Penny is survived by her mother; two daughters, Taylor and Jenna Fortenberry both of Stuttgart; three brothers, Brad Harrod of Little Rock, David and Sam Andrews of Bradenton, FL; and her grand dog, Roscoe.
