Patricia Ann Waggle was born Saturday, April 21, 1962 at Forrest City, Arkansas. She was one of five children born to the late William Mooney and the late Patsy Ruth Lollis Mooney. She was a 1980 graduate of Clarendon High School and later became a CAN. She was formerly employed at the Byrdhaven Nursing Home in Searcy, Arkansas.

Patricia was married to Robert "Bobby" Waggle who preceded her in death. She enjoyed fishing and camping with the family, watching westerns including Gunsmoke, John Wayne and Randolph Scott movies and working puzzle books. She was a member of the Trenton Baptist Church.

On Friday, August 25, 2023, at the age of 61, Patricia left the worries of this world behind and enter eternity to dwell with her Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
Family members who remain to cherish Patricia's memory; Her son, Dustin Mooney of Beebe, AR Brothers Kenneth Mooney and wife Pat of Drascoe, Danny Mooney and wife Valerie of Scott Sisters Billie Cook of McRae, Katie Cavette and husband Darrell of Marvell Two grandchildren, Lexi and Paityn Mooney and a host of extended family and friends.
