Lucille Ward Jenkins passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 89. She was born on January 28, 1932 in Zent, Arkansas, one of twelve children, to the family of Benjamin and Elizabeth Ward.

She was blessed in life to become a wife, homemaker and mother of three daughters. Lucille worked outside the home as a cook for Arkansas Children's Colony. She enjoyed fellowship and attended times of worship at the Missionary Baptist Church.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Jenkins; brothers, Robert Ward, Harry Ward, Edward Ward, Ernest Ward, Olen Ward, Earl Ward, and sisters, Louise Byrd, Pearl Wilson, Ruth Wilson, Ora Moore and Mary Martin Pennington.

She is survived by daughters, Rebecca Welch, Debra Harrison and Elizabeth Greenup.

Visitation will be Saturday at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home in Brinkley beginning 12:00 with services following at 1:00P.M. Burial at Oaklawn Cemetery.
