Jullia Fay (Richardson) Cloninger was born in Rogers, Arkansas on August 1, 1954, a daughter to William Franklin and Florence (Young) Richardson. Jullia passed away on March 10, 2021 at her home in Perry, Arkansas at the age of 66.

Jullia was a homemaker and 27 year resident of Perry. Jullia had a "green thumb" and enjoyed being outdoors working in her vegetable and flower gardens. She never missed an opportunity to go fishing and while at home loved watching movies. Most importantly, Jullia had a great love for her family and grandchildren. She will be missed by many.

Jullia is preceded in death by her husband: Lester Cloninger, Sr.; parents; 11 brothers and sisters.

Jullia is survived by her significant other: Walter Lee Cloninger of Perry; son: Lester Cloninger, Jr.; daughters: Jennifer Mitchell of Morrilton, Rebecca Cook and husband Wesley of Hattieville, Daisey Pettingill and husband Charles of Plumerville, Crystal Gail Conelly of Hattieville; sister: Marie Brown of Springdale; grandchildren: Alisa Pettingill, Alivia Pettingill, Crystal Cloninger, Laura Cloninger, Abraham Cloninger, Nathaniel Cloninger, Kyleigh Cloninger, and Elizabeth Cloninger.

Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2021 at the Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home Chapel.
