Juanita Lea Nance, 92, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away September 9, 2021 at home. She was born September 2, 1929, in Hunter, Arkansas, to W.E. and Mae Smith.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents: her husband, Douglas Nance; her bothers, Lowell Smith, Buddy Smith, and Cecil Smith; her sisters, Laleene Sanders, Glada Baker, and Sidney Robinson; and her baby sisters Theda Smith and Patsy Smith.

She is survived by her daughter, Anita Holland and husband Randy of North Little Rock; her granddaughters, Mandy Breckenridge and husband Kyle of El Paso, AR. Missy Blachly and husband James of Upper Arlington, OH. and Jenny Thomas and husband Brad of Conway, AR; and her great grandchildren, Julia Blachly, Will Blachly, Riley Thomas, Eva Blachly, Reagan Thomas, and Laura Blachly.

Juanita lost her hearing as a young adult and thought herself lucky to be hired to work in the accounting department of Frank Lyon Co. She later worked as a data entry clerk for Datamatic Services, Inc. She loved working in her yard, working crossword puzzles, and being with her family. She was a member of Somers Avenue Church of Christ.
