Joyce M. Woodard Weatherford, a long-time resident of Hunter and McCrory, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the age of 90.  Joyce was born in Biscoe, AR to Ishmael and Mildred (Savage) Woodard.  She married Charles Weatherford on June 15, 1951.  They were blessed with four children, two special nephews, nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Kyla Weatherford, daughter-in-law, Mary Weatherford and siblings, Aubrey Woodard, Opal Wages, Donald Woodard, Barbara Woodard, and Patricia "Pat" Northcutt Hinkle.

She is survived by her children: Rocky (Marsha) Weatherford, Ricky Weatherford, Shanell Weatherford (Bill), and Tami (David) Belcher; her special nephews: Mark Woodard and Craig (Jodi) Woodard; her grandchildren:  Tiffany (Rickey) Howton, Ricky (Brittany) Weatherford, Shawn (Toshia) Junior, Steffany (Jason) Ziccarelli, Bradly Weatherford, Shane (Maria) Herman, Kecia (Kirk) Clendening, and Kyle (Katy) Weatherford; and her great- and great-great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Jean Dunn and Dale Woodard

The visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, and the funeral is on Friday, April 7 ^th at 11:00 a.m.  at Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home.  The funeral will be followed by the burial at Hunter Cemetery.
