John Charles Judkins, Jr. of Morrilton, was born August 16, 1962 in Tulsa, OK a son to John Charles Judkins Sr. and Linda Lee Chesney Judkins.  John passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Little Rock, AR at the age of 59.

John was the owner of Johns Meat Market in Morrilton for many many years.  There he taught the trade of meat cutting to many people giving some of them sometimes several chances.  Some of the men are still making a living doing what John taught them to this day.  John never let anyone leave the store hungry, even if he knew he may never see a penny from them he would let them charge their groceries just so they had something to eat.  He may have come across to a lot of people as hard but John never turned anyone away and once you got to know John you had a true friend for life. When he wasn't working he loved stock car racing, collecting antique cars, shooting pool, fishing, listening to music, watching sports, Nascar and he loved any kind of animals.  He was a "cat daddy."  Most of all John loved his family, when they walked in a room John had this smile that came across his face that would light up the room to see them.  That smile will live on in the hearts of us all.  When we get down and the days ahead seem rough we can look back and think of the smile that John always had and remember the good times.

John is preceded in death by his parents and brother Michael Wiley:

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Judkins of Morrilton: Daughters: Kari Tilley and husband Charles, Katie Arnold and husband Matt, Six Grandchildren, Layna, John, Drew Tilley, Michael, Macie and Mattie Arnold all of Hill Creek; Sister: Teresa Smith of Tulsa, OK; Mother in Law: Sue Standridge of Dardanelle; beloved cat: Dolly, and numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Visitation for John will be Friday: October 8, 2021 at 1:00PM at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Morrilton, Arkansas with services starting at 2:00PM at the chapel. Interment will follow in Caney Valley Cemetery in Plumerville.
