Jesse Lafayette Thompson born to Pat and Lula May Thompson October 18, 1943 Passed from this life   December 17, 2021.  Jesse (JT) was known for his ability to fix just about everything. Jesse (Daddy) was always the one to call if you needed something fixed, anything from the biggest dozer or even how to make turkey and dressing.  Jesse is preceded in death by his parents Pat and Lula May Thompson, his stepmother Berty Thompson, his wife Patsy Ruth Thompson, his daughter Tammy Ruth Thompson-Blackstock, his brother George Thompson, his Stepbrothers David Stewart and Donald (Don) Stewart, and his Grandson Raymond Thompson.  He is survived by Sons Jesse Arnold Thompson Judsonia, AR., James Thompson of Sparkman, AR., Richard (Little Ricky) and his wife Rebecca Thompson of Austin, AR. He is also survived by Sisters Dorothy (Earnest) Mayville, Margaret Wright, Judy Clark, brother Leroy Thompson. He has 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Visitation is 12:00-1:30 Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Garth Funeral Home in Des Arc.  Graveside services are 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Welcome Home Cemetery by Garth Funeral Home.  Richard Thompson officiating.  Pallbearers are Tony Thompson, Jessie Thompson, James Thompson, J. J. Sanner, Teddy Puckett, and Pat Blackstock.
