Jeffrey Paul Vance began his life's journey on October 25, 1957. He was a lifetime resident of Brinkley and resided at the Springs Nursing Home for the past 9 years. He was born to the late Paula Sue Harrell Vance, and was dearly loved by his step dad Robert Earl "Buck" Davie.

Jeffrey enjoyed listening to Johnny Cash, drinking Coca-Cola and always made sure to have his watch on.  He had a love of family that exceeded all and will always be remembered for his contagious laugh and big smiles when family and friends came to visit.

On August 21, 2023, Jeffery entered through the gates of his eternal home at the age of 65. He was preceded in his journey by his parents, and brother, Scotty Vance.

He is survived by his sisters; Robin Davie, of Brinkley and Pam Hollingshead (David), of DeValls Bluff, sister in law, Kristy Vance, of Brinkley, nieces, Holly Beth (Mark) Webb, Amber (Michael) Browning and Jill (Dennis) Chaney, nephew, David (Cara) Hollingshead and a host of great nieces and nephews.
