James Clinton Lanham of Brinkley passed away on September 7, 2022. He was the last born of Gary and Velma Lanham  in Owensboro Kentucky and received education at the Apollo High School.  Clint acquired his CDL and at the young age of 19, began working as a truck driver.  He  always enjoyed the beautiful views throughout his travels and the  friendships made along the way. Sadly after twelve years, Clint was diagnosed as a  diabetic and released his CDL due to his health.

Clint met Paula Gasaway while talking online. They remained friends for a year then decided it was time to meet. The halfway point brought them to Union City TN. They soon became engaged and the courtship lasted for seven years. On July 8, 2012 they made the choice of a lifetime commitment. They chose to make their home in Clarendon before moving to Brinkley where they remained. For the last ten years they have shared in joys and memories of three beautiful children in their life.

Clint loved fishing, riding motorcycles, traveling and going to concerts. He was  a huge fan of  Kiss and traveled to many different places around the states to see them. He knew just about everything pertaining to the group and given the opportunity to call in for a trivia question, Clint of course knew the answer and won tickets.

In times of worship and fellowship, Clint attended the Assembly of God Church located in Clarendon.

Clint is survived by his wife of 10 years, Paula Gasaway Lanham of Brinkley, three children, Rachael Lanham of Brinkley,  Caleb and Connor Lanham of Owensboro, Kentucky, brother, Brad and wife Penny Lanham, also of Owensboro Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents Gary and Velma Lanham of Owensboro, Kentucky.
