Obituary

Gary Wayne Clark was born on May 14, 1974, to Jesse and Grace Clark. His early years were filled with joy and laughter, surrounded by his loving parents and two older brothers. The family made their home in Moro, Arkansas where Gary attended the local elementary school. In 1992 he graduated from Gospel Light House.

Gary was blessed in life to become a father and grandfather and with out a doubt, his love of family exceeded all. Gary found his  greatest joys in life came from spending time with family, especially the grandkids, creating the many memories that will always be treasured through the years.

Gary pursued a fulfilling career as a salesman at Lanard's Auto Parts in Moro. He was known for his dedication to his work and his passion for working on cars. He had other hobbies and interests that included woodworking, fishing, and hunting.

In his life's journey, Gary touched the lives of many through his genuine kindness, warmth and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on through his generous spirit, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His personal traits, including his loyalty, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family, made him truly special in the eyes of those who knew and loved him.

On January 18, 2025, at the age of 50, Gary passed away in Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Wayne and Grace Ellen (Parrish) Clark, wife Lorie Robinson Clark, son Levi Garrison and brother, Jerry Clark.

His legacy lives on through his surviving family members, including his sons Cody Clark (Taylor) of Forrest City, Daymon Free of Bentonville, and Allen Futrell of Paragould, and Derek Bascue, daughter, Kirsten Futrell, of West Memphis. He is also survived by his brother Terry Clark of Forrest City and his beloved grandchildren Stella, Ricki and Isaiah Clark, Emersyn and Avery Futrell, Elijah and Isaiah Hamberry, Cole and Jase Bascue and Keeley Hoots.
