Dena Joan Wofford-French, 57, of Palestine, Arkansas, passed away on July 18, 2025.

She was born on June 20, 1968, to Cline E. Wofford and Joan Nancy Szlaza-Wofford. Dena was married to James Stephen French on December 31, 1988 and together they built a life full of love and family.

Dena was the proud mother of three daughters: Elizabeth Nicole Moore (Joe), Jamie Rose Harris (Logan) and Anna Michelle French. She was a beloved "Mimi" to her grandchildren: Jared French, Conner French, Mason Moore, Kiley Harris and Karson Harris.

She is survived by her sister, Lori Horton: numerous nieces and nephews, family and very dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, her sister Betty Jo, brothers Jimbo and John and her niece Barbie.

Dena spent much of her life in Brinkley, Arkansas before settling in Palestine. She earned her bachelor's degree in history and had a deep appreciation for life- both big and small. She was strong, brave and the kindest soul you could ever meet. She often said her children were her greatest accomplishments and she loved them fiercely.

Dena's memory will live on through the many lives she touched with her compassion, courage and unwavering love.
