Dannie Lee Tubbs of McCrory passed away on Saturday September 24, 2022. He was born on July 4, 1958 in Vivian, Louisiana to Mattie Isbell and Henry Lee Tubbs. Dannie graduated high school in Cotton Plant Arkansas in 1976. After graduation he entered the National Guard before becoming a Farmer. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. On October 7, 1996 Dannie married the love of his life, Jo Ann Tubbs, in McCrory. He is preceded in death by his father; Henry Lee Tubbs, and two brothers; Ronnie and Mike Tubbs.

Dannie is survived by his mother; Mattie Tubbs, wife; Jo Ann Tubbs, son; Matthew Tubbs and wife Alexandra, daughter; Melissa Cortes and husband Jonathan, six grandchildren; Natalie and Dylan Cortes, Jessica, William, Ava, and Nathaniel Tubbs, two brothers; James Tubbs and wife Faye, Dennis Tubbs and wife Angela.
