Clarie Sue Quinn began her life's journey in De Valls Bluff, Arkansas on January 23, 1935. She was the fifth child born to the family of William and Bertie Dobbs and shared her childhood memories with five siblings.

On May 27, 1972, she married Travis Avain Quinn. They made their home in Brinkley where Clara Sue took great pride in her role as a wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother. She loved cooking for her family, working outdoors and enjoyed times spent hunting, fishing, and camping.

As a lady of faith, she enjoyed fellowship with her church family and times of worship at the Full Gospel Church of God in Brinkley.

On September 14, 2024, Clara Sue passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her parents William Lee and Bertie Lee Tremmy Dobbs, her son, Tony Mashburn, and siblings, Junior Dobbs, Charlie Dobbs, Ethel Powell, Alma Leggett and Pauline Brown.

She is survived by her husband of more than 52 years, Travis Avain Quinn of Brinkley, stepson, Travis Quinn and Laura of Milton, Florida, daughters Anna Mae Parchman and Glynn of Brinkley, Felicia Lewis and Lloyd of Palestine, Phyllis Holloway and Don of Searcy, eight grandchildren, Amanda Bennett, Tammy Quinn, Anthony Mashburn, Debra Evans, Stevn Mashburn, Sam Quinn, J.R. Lewis and Ashley Lewis, and an amazing 25 great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Wednesday September 18, 2024, at the First Assembly of God Church in Brinkley from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Services will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. and officiated by Bro. Eric Harrell with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery.
