Charles Allen Hill was born on December 14, 1953 in Coy, Arkansas. He was the son of Bobby Charles and Edith Irene (Russell) Hill. Charles life came to an end on January 31, 2022 in Conway, Arkansas at the age of 68.

Charles was a graduate of Parkview High School in Little Rock. He was a believer in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Charles was a member of Perryville Masonic Lodge and was a Scimitar Shriner. He was a perpetual member of the Iron Springs Masonic Lodge and of Scottish Rite Temple.

Charles was a hard worker employed by Estes Express Lines driving a truck for 20 years and retired from the company. He drove semis for most of this adult life. Charles enjoyed hunting and scouting for deer with faithful dog and friend, Bullet. Most importantly, Charles was a family man. His family was his pride and joy. He will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved him.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents: Bobby Charles and Edith Irene (Russell) Hill; brother: Bobby "Sonny" Hill, Jr.; son-in-law: Richie Cotton; and niece: Wanda Everett.

Charles leaves behind a wife of 49 years: Joyce Faye (Wayne) Hill; daughter: Drendia Cotton; son: Russell Wayne "Bubba" Hill and wife Sydni; brother: Jim Hill; 3 grandsons: Jake Cotton, Justin Cotton, and Remington Hill; 1 granddaughter: Aubrey Hill; all family of Perryville; along with many other extended family members.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 08, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Cherry Hill Cemetery in Perryville, Arkansas with Dennis Huggs delivering the Eulogy and Jim Hill delivering the message.
