Carlton Clay Bell born in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Marjorie L. West on October 27, 1960. He passed from his earthly home on Wednesday, December 22 at Unity Health in Searcy, Ar.  Clay was a twin brother to Ray Bell of Des Arc and brother to Lynn Bell, wife Judy, of Cabot, Arkansas.

Clay graduated Des Arc High School, Class of 1979. He became an employee of Remington Arms in Lonoke, shortly after graduation.  He was a man that enjoyed spending his time alone and watching television.

Graveside services will be Monday, December 26 at Lakeside Cemetery.
