Brenda Wallace Tripp of Brinkley passed away on Sunday, January 24th at the age of 78. She was born in the small community of Monroe, Arkansas to the family of George and Sallie Wallace. She was a 1960 graduate of Brinkley High School.

She and George Tripp were married in December of 1960 and except for a short time in Seattle, lived the majority of their married life in Brinkley. Brenda was a longtime member of the First Assembly Of God Church and enjoyed fellowship with the church family.  In the quiet times at home, she enjoyed reading novels of all types.

Those who preceded Brenda in death are parents, George and Sallie (Hamilton) Wallace, brothers; Buddy Wallace and Wayne Wallace, sisters, Esteel Fincher, Wanda Tripp, Barbara Gardner and Sarah Fox.

Brenda is survived by her husband George Tripp of Brinkley, and a host of neices, nephews, extended family and friends.

Graveside service will be 2:00P.M. on Wednesday, February 3, at Oaklawn Cemetery in Brinkley.
