Brenda Sue Lawrence of Stuttgart began life's journey April 22, 1968 in Little Rock Arkansas. She was the second born child of Linda Wooten and Ira Saffell. Brenda worked at the Rice Research Center. She loved her job and all her co-workers.

On her off time Brenda enjoyed watching movies, crystal digging, playing Keno, and "street running". When she wasn't on the go she usually had her grandkids. They were her whole world, she loved spoiling them and of course they got anything they wanted from her.

In her younger years if you drove down 10th Street you'd see her out in the yard playing with her children and all the neighborhood kids who referred to her as Mrs. B.  She was the mom of the neighborhood. If you were around her more than a few minutes you'd usually hear her humming some tune only she knew. Brenda was loved by everyone who met her. She was there for everyone, during their time of need and was known for her high spirited personality and a gift for conversation. She always knew how to make someone laugh even in their worst moods.

She is survived by a her husband of fifteen years JJ Lawrence, three daughters Kimberly Ward, Shana Ellenberg (husband Bradley Ellenberg) and Mallory Lawrence, all of Stuttgart, one son Jacob Lawrence (wife Shelby Lawrence),brothers, Allen Saffell, and Brian Saffell, sisters, Lisa Mealler (and husband Tommy), Starla Schultz (and husband Scott), Renita Saffell, and her grandchildren, Joseph, Daniel, Kelsie, Kason, Allie, Gracen, Keylee and Hallie.

She is proceeded in death by one son, Bert Ward, one daughter Jennifer Ward and parents, Linda Wooten, Ira Saffell and Kay Saffell
