Warren
February 28, 1934 — September 28, 2023
Brinkley
Bonnie Jean began her life's journey on February 28, 1934, and the second born to Oscar Elbert and Hattie Wade. The family made their home in Daggett, Arkansas where Bonnie shared childhood memories with eleven siblings. She received education through the public schools in Cotton Plant and later received her GED.
Bonnie was blessed throughout her life and experienced the joys of falling in love, marriage and becoming the mother of seven children. She loved to cook, and enjoyed making jewelry and Christmas ornaments to share with family and friends. Through the years some of her most treasured memories came from seeing her family grow with the addition of spouses and a total of 26 grandchildren. She also loved the times spent outdoors fishing with her dear friend Lucille Henry.
Bonnie worked outside the home for many years as a seamstress at Farris Fashions. She was also a lady of faith and for a time attended worship at the Missionary Baptist Church in Brinkley. She later became a member of the First Assembly of God Church where she enjoyed fellowship for many years.
