Billye Williams Sims, formerly of Brinkley passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 81. She was born in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, on July 27, 1941 to Louie and Aletha Burnett. The family home was located in Brinkley where Billye shared in childhood memories along with six siblings.

Billye was well  known by many in the community and surrounding areas for her loving care as an LPN. She worked along side her husband Dr. J.P. Williams at the Clinic located in Brinkley and as an X-Ray Tech at the Mercy Hospital. After the passing of J.P. , Billye was blessed to find love again and married Bob Sims.

Knowing the importance of a relationship with her Saviour Jesus Christ, Billye attended times of worship at the United Methodist Church for twenty years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands J.P. Williams and Bob Sims, five siblings, Thomas, Houston, Marice, Geraldine, and Muriel.

She is survived by her son, Michael Williams (Kipp), daughter, Cherie Fisher, grandchildren, Jacob Fisher, Jordan Fisher, Jerrod Nash, Jeremy Greenwood (Becky), Rorie Hydron (Philip), Regan Martin (Jason), Rylee Davenport (Daniel), great grandchildren, Malia Fisher, Kylie Loewer, Brannon, Jaxon and Sadie Martin, Amber and Isaac Greenwood and her sister, Betty Stringer.

Memorial services will be held on January 9, 2023 at Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Brinkley at 10:00A.M.
