Obituary

Billy "Bill" Warwick passed away at Yakima Memorial Hospital in Washington, at the age of 88. Bill was born in Aberdeen, Arkansas to William and Emma (Vandegriff) Warwick. He was one of ten children to the family and received education in the nearby community of Roe.

Bill was inducted into the Army and  served a tour of duty over seas in Korea. For acts of Heroism, Bill receive the Purple Heart. He also received the highest and most prestigious military decoration, the Congressional Medal of Honor, which  recognizes American soldiers who have distinguished themselves by acts of valor.

Bill attended Draughns Electrical School in Little Rock and worked as an electronic technician. He also obtained his license as a Pilot and loved flying.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Emma Warwick, and siblings, Charles, Jack, Kenneth, Joyce, Helen, Evelyn and Susie.

He is survived by his son, Randy Warwick, daughter, Mae Kastner, partner, Gail Martin, sisters, Shirley South, Mary Baser, eleven grandchildren, Dusty Warwick, Derrick Warwick, John Warwick, Katie Warwick, Brittany Warwick, Kareigh Ross, Kathryn Stone, Derwin Robert Syzdeck, Angela Berri, Elizabeth, Raiford, and fourteen great grandchildren.
