Billy Carl Hawkins of Leslie, Arkansas passed away peacefully at his home on December 21, 2021 at the age of 84. Billy was the son of Dick and Julia Faye (Carr) Hawkins, born of February 08, 1937 in Center Ridge, Arkansas.

Billy was a Christian and member of the Archy Valley Church in Chimes, Arkansas. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Billy loved being in motion. He was always on the go. Billy was a treasured father, grandfather, and friend that will be missed by many.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents; second parents who raised Billy as an infant; Huey and Loetta Flowers; brother: Quinton Hawkins; and sister: Joye Scroggins.

Billy is survived by his wife of many wonderful years: Donna Hawkins of Leslie, Arkansas; sons: Paul Hawkins of Holiday Island, Arkansas, James Hawkins of Hector, Arkansas, John Hawkins and wife Amanda of Perryville, Arkansas; daughters: Carla Alexander and husband Joel of Center Ridge, Arkansas, Melinda Coffman of Florida; brother: Thomas Anthony Flowers of Center Ridge, Arkansas; sister: Mary Lou Ellis and husband Tommy of Center Ridge, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 1:00PM, January 8, 2022 at Sunnyside New Hope Church in Center Ridge, AR.
