Billie Marion Miley Richardson, lovingly known as Billie, was born on September 12, 1931, in Brinkley, Arkansas to Vance Miley and Floy Davis Miley. She peacefully passed away on March 6, 2024, in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Billie was a kind-hearted soul who touched the lives of all who knew her. She had a gentle spirit and a warm smile that could brighten anyone's day. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Vance and Floy Miley, her husband, Barner Richardson, and her son, Tommy Dan Parrish. Although they have left this world, their spirits will continue to live on in the memories and stories shared by those who knew and loved them.

Billie is survived by her stepsons, Terry Richardson (Nannette), Mike Richardson (Judy), and David Richardson (Ginger), as well as her daughter-in-law, Janet Parrish. She is also survived by eight grandchildren who meant the world to her: Tommie Ann Westbrook (Jay), Dan Webster Parrish (Jessica), Michelle Gregory (Mark), Kevin Richardson (Mandy), Michael Richardson (Dawn), Shelly Fletcher (Jeff), Lauren Trussell (Mike), and Andrea Richardson.

In honoring Billie's memory and legacy, the family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the charity of your choice. This gesture embodies Billie's generous spirit and commitment to helping others, a value she held dear throughout her life.

Billie Marion Miley Richardson will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and compassion towards others. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and generosity that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
