Obituary

Angela "Angie" Lynn Bryant, age 61 of Morrilton, AR went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 17, 2021. She was born on May 17, 1960 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Loretta Patton Robin and Drew Kissire.

Angie enjoyed camping, hiking and canoeing with her family and friends. She also loved arts and crafts, not to mention telling the occasional funny joke that would bring many smiles and laughter to the room.  She loved a good card game; especially the game of "spoons", however, for those who sat beside her may not have loved it as much as she was very, very competitive.  Holidays were special, as her home was always beautifully decorated. Angie's Christmas tree is a legend within itself. Her tree consisted of a lifelong collection of beautiful and unique ornaments that represented a special person or life event. After 600 ornaments, we stopped counting.

Angie loved children. She opened "Country Kids Day Care" in Morrilton and soon after became known as "YaYa." She was a second mother to many for the last 20 years. She paved the road throughout their adolescences, from infancy to preschool and high school years she put forth her love, compassion and effort ensuring the children in her care were well prepared for the road ahead. She will be greatly missed by many.

Angie is survived by her husband, Danny, step children Daniel (Jennifer) Bryant of Jonesboro, Melissa (Jeremy) Lashbrook of Cabot, Rachel (David) Moore of Bryant, Codie (Cory) Pope of Little Rock and her grandchildren, Gus and Ava Lashbrook, Leo Bryant, and Morgan and Maverick Moore her sister, Linda Owens of Springfield, brothers, Mike (Mona) Kissire of Center Ridge and Steve Kissire of Morrilton, half-sister, Diane Zentgraf of Morrilton along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends and her partners in crime Kim Gillespie, Wendy Meaders, Christi Black, and Danielle Reel.

Angie is preceded in death by her children, Jason Eric, Catherine Renee, and Blake Edward Mackey, her parents, her brother, Wayne Kissire, and half-sister, Peggy Nelson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeremy Kissire, Kenneth Owens, Bobby Owens Jr., Jeremy Lashbrook, David Moore, Cory Pope, Tony Gillespie, and Kevin Black.
