Alvin Ray (Alvie) Anderson was born to O.E. Anderson and Bertha (VanCleave) Anderson on April 21, 1953 in Bayou Meto, Arkansas.  Alvie being born into a large family had much to keep him busy as a young man.  He attended Stuttgart School system graduating 12 ^th grade.  He was an employee of Tyson in Stuttgart until he retired.

After living a full life, due to health complications, Alvie was admitted to the Spring Nursing Facility in Searcy.  Saturday, December 31, 2022, Alvie passed from his earthly home.

Alvin was preceded by his parents, one sister Alice Anderson Fields and one brother William Earl Anderson.  He leaves behind two brothers: O.E. Anderson, Jr and Carl Lee (Gena) Anderson of Stuttgart, and five sisters: Bessie I. (Donnie) Smith-Duch of Stuttgart, Betty Joyce Dubert of Stuttgart, Willie Mae Hodges of Stuttgart, Sue (Gary) Karr of Stuttgart and Donna Gail Anderson of Arkadelphia.

The family plans to host a Memorial Service at a later date.
