Alma Louise (Branham) Turner was born on September 11, 1941, in Prairie County, Arkansas. Louise left this earth to be with her heavenly Father on May 7 ^th , 2023. Through the years, she was also known as mom, nanny, Susie, Sis, Elmer Louise, Aunt Lou, High pockets and Weezy. Louise was a homemaker and married to C.L. Turner for 66 years.

She loved to spend her time cooking, drawing, tending to her flowers and dancing with her grandchildren. Anyone that knew Louise knew that she was dancing to Elvis Presley. Her love for good music and dancing is carried on to this day through her loved ones. Her favorite time was when any of her children, grandchildren, or great-grandchilden were around. Nothing could put a smile on her face more than her children who she loved so dearly. Louise loved sitting under the "Gossip Tree" with her sister, Mary Kathryn, brother, George, sister-in-law, Clara Mae and brother-in-law, Cletus.

Louise was a child of God who loved her Lord and Savior. She will be remembered as someone who was joyous, loving and kind. She was proceeded in death by two sons, Billy Ray and Dennis Keith Turner, her parents, B.W. and Lucille Branham and two brothers, D.W. and Pete Branham.

Louise is survived by her husband C.L. Turner, one brother George (Clara Mae) Branham and one sister Mary Kathryn (Cletus) Kirk, four children: C.J. (Debbie) Turner, Darrell (Carrie) Turner, Donald (Karen) Turner, and Vickie Whiting, six grandchildren: Leah (Jake) Eans, Holly Turner, Boog (Cara) Whiting, Dennis (Desiree) Turner, Kylee Elam and Chloe Turner. She is also survived by twelve wonderful great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
